Delete your ZeroScanX account

Delete in the app

1. Open ZeroScanX and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete My Account.
4. Review the permanent-deletion notice, confirm your sign-in, and type DELETE.

The app does not report success until the ZeroScanX server confirms deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “ZeroScanX Account Deletion Request.”

We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not email passwords, identity documents, scan images, contact lists, or payment-card details.

Data deleted

• ZeroScanX profile and service-agreement records
• Credit wallet, remaining Credits, and wallet transactions
• Validation jobs, receipts, and Credit ledger entries
• Account-linked processed checkout references
• Locally saved scan history, temporary scans, cached account files, and reports on the device used for deletion

Limited retention

Completed purchases are not automatically refunded. Payment processors may retain transaction records under their legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute obligations.

LeadCypher Inc. may retain a minimal pseudonymous deletion-security marker for no more than 24 months so stale sessions, delayed validation work, or delayed payment events cannot recreate a deleted account. It contains no raw user ID, email, display name, scan content, or contact evidence.

Encrypted service backups expire under provider backup schedules and are not restored as active account data. Limited records may be retained longer only when required for a legal hold, payment dispute, tax obligation, fraud prevention, or other applicable law.
